The 5.5km cycle path surrounding the Competition Lake along with the parallel access roadway negates the need for public road closures, and will allow the riders to have a fully closed event centre for the entire length of the event, with only minimal corners the event offers safe and enjoyable course and a challenging day out. The start, finish near along with transion and timing will all are based around the main pavilion allowing all spectators to have a great view of the rider out on the course.
