Licensing: will be as a race event so all licences will be of that level or day licences purchased at $33 each in accordance with the new prices that way it can all be timed as one event for everyone. No licence presented on the day, you will have to purchase a day licence

Race-day Registration
At registration, you will receive a bag containing the numbers, timing chip and clips for your bikes, for your team. These will have the team name and number on them Attach your bike number to the seat post of your bike in full view for those riders riding behind, securely fasten the chip holder with cable ties provided as per instructions to the front forks, so it is flat and can be easily seen from the front.

All riders are required to sign on before the start of the event, once signed on you will receive you mounting chip holder which you will need for the event.

If competing under a day licence please arrive early as you are required to fill out the form on the day with proof of ID.

Team captains will be responsible for there teams timing chip and there licences will be held till the return of the chip at the end of the event, if pulling out of the event than if may be collected earlier from the event centre or by contacting a marshal.

All riders should remember these points:

• Take note of the Number when passing some riders may be tired and would love some encouragement out there.
• Riders are not required to move so be patient and a little bit of warning will go a long way to make this a great event.
• Passing should always be done on the right hand side, and if passing on corners please take care and warn other riders of your intentions.
