Licensing: This event is a NSW Cycling Federation sanctioned event. As such, all riders must either have a current Cycling Australia Membership card, or fill out a Day Licence Form on the day.

Race-day Registration

All riders are required to sign on and show their Cycling Australia membership card before the start of the event.  After signing on, you will receive a bag containing  your  number, timing chip and clips for your bikes and your team. These will have the team name and number on them.  Attach the number to the back of your jersey in full view for those riders riding behind.  Securely fasten the chip holder with cable ties provided as per instructions to the front forks, so it is flat and can be easily seen from the front.

If you do not have a Cycling Australia Membership Card, you will be required to complete a Day Licence form. You will need to bring proof of identity to fill out the Day Licence form.

Team captains will be responsible for their teams' timing chip and licences.  The Team captain's licence will be retained for the duration of the race, and returned to the Team Captain, after all timing chips for that team have been returned.

Cancellation policy

Riders who cancel before 14th October 2011, will be refunded race entry fee minue $10 handling fee.

Riders who cancel after 14th October 2011 will receive no refund.

All riders should remember these points:

• Take note of the Number when passing some riders may be tired and would love some encouragement out there.
• Riders are not required to move so be patient and a little bit of warning will go a long way to make this a great event.
• Passing should always be done on the right hand side, and if passing on corners please take care and warn other riders of your intentions.
