First Aid will be located in the first aid room of the centre. Follow the signs to First Aid from both the event centre and transition.

Checkpoints and Recovery Stations

There will be marshals out on the course all day. If a rider is injured they should proceed or get a message to the nearest marshal. The marshal will communicate with the the race director who will organise recovery and advise the injured rider's team members or solo helper . An injured rider on the track should let passing riders know their number, to help marshalls locate team members.

A recovery vehicle will collect the rider and their bike from the point of the track once they have been informed.  If a first aid vehicle is needed it will be dispatched and diversions put in place to continue the race,

The recovery station will be manned by St Johns and will be located close to the transition area.
